Kairos Training -- A Blessing

Attending Kairos training was indeed a blessing because God revealed to me my personal biases and prejudices against our Muslim brothers. It was like a consultation from an optometrist, giving me a new eyeglass that gives clearer eyesight for the unreached peoples group.

I personally ask God's forgiveness for the way I looked at them in the past -- The Word of Lord is so powerful in the lives of the facilitators who taught us the realities of our present times and thus changed my heart for these people. I returned home with different vision, determined to make a difference, Aside from the regular prayer meetings held every Wednesday in our church, I decided to start a prayer meeting sessions intended to pray for our lost brothers and sisters in the Lord.

On July 5, 2013 -- Friday, we will start our prayer sessions that will start at 9:00 in the evening for our lost brothers and sisters in the Lord. By the grace of God, we will be doing this every Friday except the last Friday of the month where our Youth group will also have their monthly fellowship. I believe that God is preparing His people for a great harvest of souls since I already had in my heart to have the whole month of July and August for Evangelistic Festival before attending KAIRUS but this time it will be more relevant and exciting hearing the Cry of our Muslim brothers.

May the Lord of the harvest fill our cup with His overflowing mercy and grace so that we will persevere to do His will until He comes.

All because of HIS GRACE.
